Refund policy
- International returns and exchanges must be returned to Isla Movement at customers' expense.
- 30-day Return and Exchange policy. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within the 30 day window from the delivery date.
- All garments must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original hang tags attached.
- All garments must be free from the following:
- Odors, such as perfumes, colognes, chemical smells or smoke.
- Stains of any kind, including but not limited too, self tanner and deodorant stains.
- Animal and human hair.
- Visible wear or damage.
- All garments are subject to inspection.
- Proof of receipt must accompany the return.
- Upon receipt of the return back to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the return and/or exchange to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only. If a gift card was used for purchase, the gift card will be refunded.
- If making an exchange, and the item you’re exchanging for is out of stock, we will refund your item returned.
- If returning or exchanging an item that was a gift, please note we will still need the original order number with the returned item.
- Sale items are final sale, no exceptions.
