1. Can I return or exchange an item?

2. How can I get in touch with customer support?

3. Can I cancel my order?
a. We can only cancel your order prior to it shipping, meaning before a
shipping label is made. Once a label is made, we can no longer cancel an order. Please contact customer service with your order number as soon as possible to cancel an order.


4. Can I change/edit my shipping address?
a. We can only edit a shipping address prior to shipping the order, meaning prior to a shipping label being made. Once a label has been made, we can no longer edit the shipping address. Please contact customer service with your order number as soon as possible to edit your shipping address.

 

5. How do I know what size to order?
a. Please refer to our size chart here, or reach out to us at customer support for further questions.


6. My order said it was delivered, but I never received it.
a. We’re so sorry that this has happened, please reach out to customer support within 5 business days from date of delivery and provide your order number and tracking and they will be able to further assist you. hello@islamovement.com 


7. How can I wash my garments?
a. Wash each garment in cold water with similar colors. Hang to dry. Do not use bleach.


8. How soon will my order ship?
a. Please allow 24-72 hours for orders to be processed and shipped. Expect 7-10 business days processing time for orders during higher volume times such as holidays.


9. Do you ship internationally?
a. Yes, we do ship internationally.


10. What about customs fees, duties and taxes?
a. Please note that all customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the pricing or shipping costs.
